SuaraBandung.id – The news of mutual satire between Venna Melinda’s attorney, Hotman Paris and Ferry Irawan’s attorney, Sunan Kalijga, turned out to be unfinished and continued to heat up.
Now, Sunan Kalijaga is again throwing sarcasm, highlighting the excessive behavior that made Venna Melinda’s divorce case viral with Ferry Irawan.
“Indeed, from the start, there was an uproar at the press conference, saying he wanted to sue, while preparing for a lawsuit, that was from Venna’s attorney.”
“It was Venna’s attorney who made the domestic violence case go viral. So why is it now that he has entered the trial area, at the South Jakarta Religious Court, he has not even been present twice,” said Sunan Kalijaga, Friday (3/2/2023).

Sunan Kalijaga heard Hotman Paris’ statement regarding the Venna Melinda divorce case as a peanut case.
“He only needs to brief the mothers to face me. Number one is injury, where an advocate should, when he has been given a mandate or trust, should be able to arrange his time to be able to assist his client,” explained Sunan.
“Don’t give the client a briefing and then be told to walk alone facing the lawyer,” added attorney Ferry Irawan.
On that occasion, Salmafina Khairunnisa’s father reiterated that he kept silent a lot and did not respond to Venna Melinda’s questions because it could violate the code of ethics.
According to him, Venna is a client of a lawyer, and therefore in accordance with the code of ethics it is not permissible to talk about the context of the case or legal cases with opposing attorneys.

“Many high-ranking advocate organizations and other senior lawyers have contacted me by telephone and stated that Sunan’s attitude is correct. It means being silent about clarifying what needs to be clarified and not wanting to be provoked into arguing with a client from another lawyer, that’s not permissible, yes, it can be subject to a code of ethics,” he said.
