Land owner Gelepollen BV in Vriezenveen thought he could earn money by opening up a new residential area across his land to Manitobaplein. But the municipality of Twenterand opted for a connection to the Jonkerlaan. The Council of State approved that solution today. Gelepollen stands empty-handed.
