Kalimba has just released a statement in which he reiterates his decision to proceed legally against Melissa Galindo, his alleged victim, after the singer confirmed that he would sue the musician who took charge of his musical career a few years ago.

Since Galindo accused Kalimba, through her social networks, of having improperly touched her person, without consent, and harassing her, While he was fulfilling an employment contract with Arc Producciones, the record company that belongs to the singer, a controversy has been created around both artists, because each of them has told completely contrary versions of the facts, since the 40-year-old musician did not only He has denied the accusations of the native of Culiacán, but, through his lawyer, he indicated that he has around 120 pieces of evidence that show that his relationship with Melissa exceeded the labor limits.
Kalimba reveals that he was diagnosed with bipolarity
After Kalimba pronounced, through her legal representative, the lawyer Eliser García Macdonel, that the singer 36-year-old made the decision to formally denounce his alleged attacker before the law. This was how the artist explained it through a statement, in which she stressed that after raising her voice and telling her experience with the singer she was revictimized by social networks, some media, the singer himself, as well as his lawyer.
Given these facts, three days after Melissa made the decision to sue the musician, Kalimba has shared a statement on his social networks in which he highlights that he was the first to resort to the law so that he can glimpse who the guilty party is. and which the innocent, because she stressed that the singer had only resorted to social networks and the media to speak out.
“In relation to the communication that was published a few days ago on the social networks of the person who falsely accuses me; who decided that this case be heard before the authorities and It was not only me on social networks, because I have nothing to fear and I will not allow my image to continue being damaged in the way it has been done“said the musician.
It was thus that he stressed that he will file a civil lawsuit, seeking to clean up his image because, as indicated by the lawyer García Macdonel, Kalimba assures that, as a result of Galindo’s statements, he has lost different job opportunities, including -they assure- his participation in the musical “Lies”, as it has been said that he will be replaced by Yahir.
