The first half of the preliminary hearing closed on Monday morning, the second will be played on May 10th. The field will remain the same: the maxi room 2 of the Court of Turin. Even the referee will be the same: the investigating judge Marco Picco. The protagonists of the Prisma Process are also identical. On the one hand the prosecutors Mario Bendoni and the deputy Marco Gianoglio, who have targeted Juventus’ accounts from 2019 to 2021 (from the accounting of the now famous “fictitious capital gains” to the two “salaries” manoeuvres) and on the other the Juventus club and the 12 defendants, mostly former executives and managers.
