For some time, there has been speculation that Jodie Comer could join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Now it is the actress who responds to this information.
Attention SPOILERS. Ever since the Fantastic Four reboot movie was announced, there has been a lot of speculation about who will play these beloved Marvel comic book characters. But those responsible for the UCM have not yet confirmed anyone. Since John Krasinski is not even expected to reprise the role of Reed Richards / Mr. Fantastic as he already did in Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness (2022). Now, Jodie Comer has wanted to talk at HSC about all the speculation that there is that she will be Sue Storm / Invisible Woman.
“No, guys, I don’t know anything about it. I feel like when I say these people are like, OK… It’s like there’s no way you can win.”
“I think: Never say never. But like right now, no… But I think: Never say never, right? I think, as I said before, that normally when you finish a project, you want to try something very different, so I don’t know, maybe.
“No, I’ve been lying to you. Imagine my acting, I would be like: Wow, her acting is so good… She really is the real deal.” Jodie Comer concluded.

The actress has several very interesting projects.
Jodie Comer will next be seen in The End We Start From, about a woman and her newborn trying to find their way home as an environmental crisis plunges London into floodwaters and a young family torn apart in chaos. The Bikeriders, which follows the rise of a Midwestern motorcycle club through the lives of its members. Big Swiss, which tells how a woman starts a new life in New York and gets a job where she anonymously transcribes sex therapy sessions. She becomes obsessed with a client, Flavia, aka Big Swiss.
The new Fantastic Four movie will hit theaters on February 14, 2025, while the other versions can be seen on Disney Plus.

So it’s still quite a while before it’s released, which means they still have a few months to start production, so we’ll have to wait and see what the cast will play Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm and Ben. Grimm. Since the only thing we know is that the director is Matt Shakman, responsible for series like The Consultant, Scarlet Witch and Vision, Succession and The Boys.
