Jamie Campbell Bower was a trend in 2022 for his role as Vecna en Stranger Things. El actor not only did he play the grotesque villain of the series in his human version, but he underwent a tough process of characterization to shape the monster he becomes.
With Stranger Things as the premise, many typecast Jamie Campbell Bower as an ideal actor to bring iconic villains from the world of comics to life. Being in full “semi-reset”, the dc universe has characters that could fit very well with the record he has shown in the serie the Netflix.
In fact, one DC character that has been buzzing recently as a possible role for Jamie Campbell Bower is himself. Jonathan Cranealias Scarecrow.
The actor himself Stranger Things would not be averse to giving life to a villain like Scarecrow in any of the future projects of James Gunn y Peter Safran in the DC Universe.
From Hawkins to Gotham? Anything is possible for Jamie Campbell Bower
During a chat with Geek House Show, Jamie Campbell Bower has confessed that he would like to get into the skin of a DC villain with psychological overtones like Jonathan Crane.
“There’s been a lot of talk about the Scarecrow lately, that would be nice. Doing that would be fun. It’s very creepy, that would be cool!”
Your role as Vecna in Stranger Things demonstrated the strong psychological overtones of the villain and his former self, Henry Creel. The motivations that drive the character to do what he does in the Netflix series may serve as the basis for a future iteration of the DC Universe’s Scarecrow.
Naturally, for now this keeps us in the range of theories, and possibilities. Scarecrow has not been confirmed to be included in the DC Universe’s Batman project, The Brave and the Boldalthough he has a cameo in the comics, so it is a subject that is still very green.
Jamie Campbell Bower will return to the role of Vecna in the final season of Stranger Things, which will come to Netflixif there is no delay, in 2024.
