TEL AVIV, 07 MAR – At least one Palestinian died today in Jenin (West Bank) in a bitter firefight with Israeli soldiers. This was reported by the Palestinian news agency Wafa which identified the victim as Muhammed Wael Ghazawi, 26 years old. According to Israeli sources, it is possible that other militiamen were also killed in what they define as an “anti-terrorist operation”. Among these, the media add, could be the militiaman who on February 26 killed two Jewish brothers in an attack in Huwara, near Nablus. The operation in Jenin has not yet concluded. Other military units have entered Nablus. (HANDLE).
