The problem with the declarations is that it talks about Europe and the United Kingdom, but does not specify Germany, France or the Netherlands. In other words, the fact that OnePlus continues to market in Spain already means that it will continue in Europe, so the only information that would deny the brand would be the alleged departure from the British Isles.
