The results of the study come as no surprise to the municipalities of Twenterand and Hellendoorn. “Of course we were already familiar with a number of situations. Nevertheless, this report has confronted us with the facts”, says alderman Arjan Hof of the municipality of Twenterand. The cry for help, which also emerges from the investigation, is therefore answered by him and his colleague alderman from Hellendoorn.
