How does the Infonavit “mejOraSí” credit work?
It is about the “betterYes” credit, a loan aimed at people who have savings in their Infonavit Housing Subaccount, but have stopped contributing to the Institute.
The amount of financing can be from four thousand 856 to 139 thousand 109 pesos, capped up to 115% of the savings you have in your housing sub-account with a fixed interest rate of 4%, on the total credit.
However, when requesting your credit, the money will be granted in two parts: 50% in cash for the payment of labor and the other 50% will be granted on a card for the purchase of products in shops authorized by Infonavit.
It should be noted that this credit is Only valid for the owners who live in the house in which the improvements or repairs of the property will be made.

Likewise, Infonavit reported that the term to pay the credit is up to five years where payments can be made at the bank and affiliated establishments.
In the event that the payment of three consecutive monthly installments is not met, the Balance of the Housing Subaccount will be used for early settlement of the credit.
