Doruk and Asiye are going to have to spend a lot of time together. Both have been elected as representatives of the college by being tied in the vote count. The two had made a bet: if Doruk won, they would go to dinner for Valentine’s Day; if Asiye won, they would go clean up an animal shelter.
Since the two have won, they first go to the animal shelter and then end up having dinner together. There it seems that they are ironing out rough edges and Doruk, who is clear that he wants to get back together with her, takes advantage of the moment to ask the young woman if he has a boyfriend of hers and Asiye says no.
He follows her speech and asks if she would be his girlfriend again, but Asiye already has her answer. She believes that they first have to solve her problems: “First we have to be good friends.”
