Hospitals and trade unions agree on a collective labor agreement after lengthy negotiations

General hospitals and unions have reached a negotiated outcome on the terms of employment of some 200,000 workers. After months of disagreement, negotiators reached an agreement in a meeting on Monday. The action announced for April has therefore been canceled, the trade union FNV reports. The agreement in principle has yet to be presented to the rank and file of FNV and the other unions.
