According to the trade unions FNV Zorg & Welzijn, CNV Zorg & Welzijn, employees’ association FBZ and NU’91, the Dutch Association of Hospitals (NVZ) employers’ umbrella organization leaves healthcare personnel no other choice. According to the unions, this does not show any urgency whatsoever to arrive at a decent collective labor agreement for the more than 200,000 employees in hospitals and rehabilitation centres.
