Half of Almelo polling stations open later due to ‘mistake’: “Never experienced”

There has been a lot of campaigning lately, there has been one debate after another and we have been reminded of our right to vote in droves. Yet half of the polling stations in Almelo this morning were faced with an unpleasant surprise: there were no red pencils and no locks for the ballot boxes. Consequence? The polling stations had to keep their doors closed.
