Hidekazu Tanaka is a name you may recognize from his work as a composer on the soundtracks of different video games and anime. That said, now his name will be remembered for something extremely negative. We say this since this Japanese musician pleaded guilty to harassing a minor and has now been arrested.
As Kotaku reports, Tanaka admitted in court that he harassed and solicited a 15-year-old girl for sex. That adds to a history of inappropriate behavior over the 10 years, in which she finds herself flashing her genitals in public and taking upskirt photos of women she meets on the train.
In his preliminary trial, Tanaka, who is 35 years old, admitted that he proposed to a minor the opportunity to have sex in exchange for money. During that incident she forcibly held his hand. It is worth mentioning that Tanaka was arrested in October last year on charges of “forced indecency.” This is an offense that, according to Japanese law, refers to acts of assault or intimidation that have a sexual connotation.
“I want to feel the thrill of being discovered or not. I did it to release my daily frustration and stress from work,” Tanaka confessed.
