The Polini cast iron cylinder kit for Vespa with Ø68.5 cast iron cylinder increases the displacement to 210 cc. The duct and the exhaust port have been made with a new design to increase engine efficiency.
The piston has been completely redesigned with wide passages on the mantle to favor the feeding of the transfer ducts.
The head with increased finning on the entire surface allows for maximum heat dispersion. The dome is entirely machined and coupled with a copper gasket to improve performance and optimize cooling; the dowel pins with the cylinder allow for a constant squish area over the entire diameter of the cylinder.
This cylinder kit (product code 140.0233) increases performance by 12% compared to the same engine speed compared to the previous model (product code 140.0082).
