Frank Krake (1968) was once a successful entrepreneur, but after his company was destroyed during the Enschede fireworks disaster, he has devoted himself to writing books since 2013. He now has several bestsellers to his name. Below that ‘Hannelore – the girl from the cult’. A six-part TV series of that book is in development. Krake achieved one of his greatest successes with the war story ‘The Last Witness’, which was published in ten languages. It is striking that there will also be a German translation soon. Thanks to the financial donation of the grandson of a German SS man, who contributes to the translation.
