There’s always a goodbye, even if you’re one of the most successful multiplayer titles of the past decade. It is what will happen to War frameDigital Extremes’ looter-shooter that can be downloaded for free on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC.
The truth is that Digital Extremes already working on the successor to Warframe, which will change the game’s cyberpunk theme for fantasy (although still within the framework of science fiction).
Soulframe is still taking its first steps. It is known that this MMORPG will come to PC and consoles, rescuing some Warframe mechanics, but with lots of new features.

Warframe Announces Cross Play and Cross Save at TennoCon 2021 – In Development
In a new Warframe stream, the guys and gals over at Digital Extremes have revealed Soulframe’s first prototype gameplay. It’s the second time we’ve seen the game in action (the first time was in July 2022).
Like its predecessor, Soulframe will be a free game (free to play)which will even feature some collaborations with Warframe.
First look at Soulframe
soulframe is a fantasy-themed MMORPGwhich continues to bet on science fiction… but this time with elements clearly inspired by more classic works.
To clarify, in Soulframe there are flying mechanical horses, swords and outfits that mix medieval fantasy with science fiction. And all this seasoned with a great technical section.
The reality is that Soulframe is less frantic than Warframe. Furthermore, we can say that it even reminds us of soulslike (like Elden Ring) in their combat mechanics.
It seems that freedom of action will also be important in Soulframe. The trailer shows us a lush forest, cliffs, mountains and even a trip through the skies, on horseback.
For now there are not many details about it, but in the Digital Extremes broadcast he talks about a more classic concept for Soulframe. Apparently, its narrative explores the historical confrontation between humanity and nature.

It is quite possible that this Soulframe do not see the light until next year (at the earliest)since not even a year has passed since its official announcement.
soulframe promises to be a new F2P success in the coming months. Its release is not yet set, although it will probably be available for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC, just like its predecessor.
