Ubisoft has published a free Far Cry 5 update for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S owners. On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the game’s launch, the French company has released a next-gen (or rather current-gen) upgrade that enables i 60 FPS on Microsoft and Sony platforms.
Note that these are not native versions for these consolesso resolutions on different platforms will depend on how the game runs on last generation consoles. Therefore on Xbox Series X the resolution will be 4K since that’s how it runs on One X, on Xbox Series S you will have to settle for 1080p, while on PS5 the resolution will be somewhere in between: 1620p.
