Microsoft officially confirmed that will not be present at E3 2023. Speaking to IGN, an Xbox spokesperson said that while it will co-stream its Xbox Games Showcase on June 11 as part of E3 2023, it won’t be at the show itself.
In February, too Nintendo had confirmed that he would skip E3 2023. Unlike Microsoft, however, Nintendo will not even participate in the digital component of the event. As it has done for the last few years, Nintendo will be featuring its own Directs, as well as Treehouse livestreams and videos.
Sony has not confirmed whether or not he will be present at the Los Angeles event, but recent reports have suggested that his presence could also be skipped.
This edition will therefore not have the owners of the consoles that drive the gaming market, but will be a showcase for many other companies. Ubisoft has revealed that it will be there with a strong line-up of titles to announce, and Konami also says it will be there, possibly announcing a Metal Gear Solid 3 remake and a new Castlevania game.
Finally, we remind you that registrations have been opened for media, content creators and sector operators.
