It was an experience! There’s no need for a saving throw, because the charisma is already through the roof. (Mixing my metaphors, but the point is, it’s just a fun time with a great group of people on and off screen!) And yes, Pine is the best Chris. Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is a great and fun fantasy movie with a great cast led by the always charming Chris Pine. Some of the practical costumes are really awesome and there are even some hilarious cameos. If you’re looking for a fun popcorn movie, go for it. It’s a lot of fun, which is all the movie is really interested in doing. The characters are a little on the thin side, but the cast makes up for it along with some great creatures and some rock-solid action. It feels destined to be watched by very dedicated fans over the years. The new Dungeons and Dragons movie is a lot of fun. Once you settle into the world, it becomes one of the most entertaining fantasy movies I’ve seen in a long time. Great characters, wild quests, and crazy creatures. GREAT recommendation from me. Also, I don’t roleplay and understand zero references, so I’m looking at it from that perspective. I imagine fans will revel in all the little details.
