DPP PII urges the government to hold China responsible for the Covid-19 pandemic. Photos/Illustrations
JAKARTA – Indonesian Islamic Student Center Leadership Council (DPP PII) asked the countries of the world, especially Indonesia, to continue to ask for responsibility China for the resulting human tragedy Covid-19 which kills all aspects of life in the world.
This request arose after some time ago the United States (US) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) believed the origin of the virus that caused the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world, came from a laboratory controlled by the Chinese government.
Deputy General Treasurer of the DPP PII, Furqan Raka said the official statement and findings of the United States FBI regarding the origin of Covid-19, could be reasons and strong evidence to drag Beijing to the International Court of Justice.
“The FBI’s official findings and statement should be a ‘novum’ to drag Beijing to the International Court of Justice regarding Covid-19 which has caused a human tragedy in almost the entire world,” Furqan Raka told reporters, Friday (17/3/2023).
Not only the FBI, the United States Department of Energy, which previously had doubts about the origin of Covid-19, has now ‘one word’ with the FBI regarding the strong suspicion that the Corona Virus which spread to almost all countries of the world originated from an accidental leak in a Chinese laboratory.
This change in the view of the United States Department of Energy, is based on the results of the work of new intelligence officers who have considerable scientific expertise, including in supervising the United States’ national laboratory network.
The DPP PII assesses that the whole world at this time certainly supports the FBI’s move which is still ‘continuing work’ on research on the origin of Covid-19, which the United States believes originated in Beijing.
“I think it’s time for world countries to reopen the debate about who is the real culprit of Covid-19 which has become a deadly pandemic in the world,” said Furqan Raka.
However, the DPP PII doubts that Beijing dares to admit a leak in one of their laboratories which is researching the Corona Virus.
