Crime Boss Rockay City Of 505 Games will see its debut this month and will offer a unique FPS experience for fans of the genre thanks to a very 80s/90s style. There will be a campaign that sees Michael Madsen become the new crime boss of the city and co-op missions with different characters.
The game will, of course, have post-launch support and, the director Jarek Kolář Of InGame Studiostold GamesRadar that:
“The word “evolution” is what is on our roadmap. Rockay is a city that never sleeps, and neither will game development. From day one, we will repeat and improve the game.”
Indeed, apparently, new characters and other stars will join the cast after the release of the game, along with new scenarios, heists and jobs that will enrich the multiplayer experience of the title. The director went on to add that:
“New characters and scenarios, new heists, new jobs to undertake and even new narrative rhythms that will take the story in completely new directions. And, of course, we will be tweaking and improving the game itself and also asking the community for their feedback. The late 80s and 90s were filled with some of the most iconic stars in film and TV. We’d like to include as many as possible. We’ve also had a few names reach out to us, which is really flattering, so we’ll see how that goes. We have so much post-launch content planned, it would seem wrong not to include some new stars, right? We have a lot of Hollywood history to play with here. I can’t say too much, I don’t want to reveal anything!”
Crime Boss Rockay City it will arrive on PC via Epic Games on March 28, while on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S it will be available from June. If you want to know more about the game, you can find our tried one here.
