Crash Team Rumble will be launched on June 20, and before its release, Toys for Bob published new details on the MOBA, giving players more insight into what to expect from it when it launches not too long from now. Of course, between April 20 and 24, it will also be available a closed beta of the game for all who pre-order the game, and in a blog posts recently released more details on what this will entail were also revealed.
When the Crash Team Rumble beta goes live in about three weeks, it will allow players to compete in both public lobbies and private matches with friends. Meanwhile, players will also be able to play matches against bots to hone your skillswhile bots will also be used as replacements for players who drop out of online matches. Being a multiplayer focused title, it will also include un Battle Pass and, as is normal and has been confirmed that will present only unlocks for character skins. Toys for Bob also offered one brief overview of what he’s looking for from the beta, with the main purpose of testing things like hero balance, matchmaking, cross-progression, cross-platform, and more. During the Closed Beta, we’ll be testing hero balancing, cross-progression, and cross-platform in preparation for the big launch in June. While progress from the Closed Beta will not carry over to launch, the early feedback we receive from Closed Beta participants will be instrumental in creating a more refined experience for all players on June 20.
