Cut the slices of ham in half, transfer them to a tray and spray them with a little oil. Heat a griddle, add the slices of cooked ham and brown them on both sides.
Serve on each plate half a slice of ham, a bit of purée and some pear cubes. Garnish the dishes with some parsley leaves.
