BMW Motorrad presents a special version of the CE 04 electric scooter to celebrate the company’s 100th anniversary

2023 is the year in which BMW Motorrad celebrates its centenary. The first motorcycle to ever be produced by the Bavarian company is the R32, born in 1923 and produced until 1926, counting 3,092 specimens.
In one hundred years the conception of the motorcycle has certainly evolved and with it also the technology that revolves around them. For the centenary BMW has proposed two reinterpretations of the R 18 and the nine T, but we talked about this in this article.
The Dutch division of BMW motorcyclewho developed the model CE 04 100 Years Edition, a vehicle clearly intended to pay homage to the R 32 which, when viewed philosophically, was the first page of a book of successes for the Bavarian house.
On the special edition the CE 04 bears the original BMW logo on both sides of the fairing and also the paintwork, characterized by white lines, is inspired by the R32. On the saddle there is an embroidery with writing “BMW Motorrad 100 years, make life a ride”while on the handlebar there is a special badge that celebrates the uniqueness and exclusivity of the model.
The CE 04 has not been changed in other details, it continues to maintain its scooter philosophy versatile and refined, with an extra pinch of style.
