The pursuit went via the Gronausestraat in Enschede to Glanerbrug. The motorist in the possibly stolen car was driving at high speed. The driver crashed a little later with the car on Aamsveenweg. The driver ended up in the ditch. It is not known whether he also hit one or more trees.
