MAZARA DEL VALLO, 02 MAR – Fatal accident, during the night, on the outskirts of Mazara del Vallo, in the Trapani area. The toll is one dead and two injured. A car with three young people on board did not stop at a police checkpoint between via Salemi and via della Pace. The car ended its run by crashing into a wall. Due to the impact, the car crumpled and the intervention of the firefighters was necessary to extract the three boys from the passenger compartment. One of them, aged 20, was already dead. The other two injured were transported to a nearby hospital. The Prosecutor of Marsala has opened an investigation. (HANDLE).
