Resident Evil 4 Remake looks impressive and everything indicates that it will meet the high expectations of the players. Without a doubt, Capcom hit the mark and knew how to bring the aesthetics of the original title to modern times. Of course, a small detail activated the alarms and worried the community.
At the beginning of February, new trailers debuted that shed light on some of the novelties that will be in the remake of the 2005 classic. For example, it was confirmed that there will now be side missions and that Ashley will be a more useful character in the adventure.
Capcom will change the rain of Resident Evil 4 Remake
However, the rain effect that appeared in one of the trailers caused controversy. Many players claimed that it looked unnatural and the drops were huge, which ruined the game’s beautiful and terrifying setting. At the time, it was unknown if this was a mistake with the video or if it was a deliberate decision by the designers.
In any case, Capcom listened to the comments of the community and has already taken action on the matter. In a recent interview with Press Start Australia, Resident Evil 4 Remake producer Hirabayashi Yoshiaki confirmed that they are aware of the user criticism and promised that an update will address the issue.

Without a doubt, Resident Evil 4 Remake looks impressive and is shaping up to be one of the best video games of the year. Luckily, its release is just around the corner, so we won’t have to wait long to try it out.
