The latest addition to the Befast family is the jacket Hypertec, a garment designed to meet the safety and comfort needs of the most demanding motorcyclists. The jacket is CE certified according to the prEN 17092-4:2020 standard, which means that it meets the requirements imposed by the legislation on personal protective equipment, in particular with regard to resistance to impact, tearing and abrasion. Also equipped with CE certified EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1 protectors on shoulders and elbowshas a back pocket designed for the insertion of a certified back protector, which can be purchased separately.
The Hypertec jacket offers a double lining: the first thermal and the second waterproof, they are both removable which allows the use of the garment in all seasons, thanks also to the grown-ups ventilation front panelsdesigned to circulate the air inside the jacket.
Then there are the adjustment systems on the sleeves, waist and cuffs, which allow you to adapt the fit according to the user’s physical conformation and the use he will make of it, be it long-range tourism or the shortest home-office journey .
