The case of Mario Dandy Satriyo’s abuse of David has now been transferred to Polda Metro Jaya, which was previously handled by the South Jakarta Metro Police.
In a press conference at the Polda Metro Jaya Headquarters, Direskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Hengki Haryadi said that the case of David’s abuse was now being handled by Polda Metro Jaya
Polda Metro Jaya has named Agnes or AG (15) as the child of the perpetrator in the case of assaulting David, the son of a high-ranking GP Ansor.
Previously, the police had named two suspects, namely Mario Dandy Satriyo, the son of a former Director General of Taxes and Mario Dandy’s friend, Shane Lukas.

Agnes who was previously only a witness. After the results of the court case, it was found that AG was involved in the case of the persecution of David.
However, Agnes Gracia was still 15 years old and still in the child category. Finally, the police increased her status to that of a child in conflict with the law. So the term used is the perpetrator not the suspect.
“There has been a change in status from AG, which initially was a child who was in conflict with the law, turned into a child in conflict with the law, or in other words, turned into a perpetrator or a child, so minors may not use the word suspect,” said Dirreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes. Hengki Haryadi in a press conference, Thursday (2/3/2023).
Hengki said that the determination of AG as the perpetrator was based on the results of an investigation conducted by the police. The evidence the police have is WhatsApp chat, video recordings, CCTV footage and witness statements.
At least 10 people questioned as witnesses.
