Denpasar Sound – After having an Apk on WhatsApp that worried residents, now a viral application appears in an email from the DGT.
This was shared by the Twitter account @Ayoe_Miau on (25/3/2023).
“A new mode was via the DGT letter, when I clicked it turned out to be installing a trojan application. The contents of the letter were really scary, so I wanted to click,” he said.
He also shared a snippet of an e-mail with a distinctive logo from the DGT and written Tax Bill with the sender’s e-mail email efiling @djp.contact.

At first glance this email looks like the original. Not to mention that in the body of the email there is a Taxpayer Notification Letter accompanied by a number.
Then below it you can see the contents of the letter like a formal letter from a certain company.
In the second paragraph there is a call to re-confirm the proof of income tax withholding in the form of a PDF.
If the words ‘Download Billing Details’ are clicked, the trojan virus application installation process will appear.
