If you are the owner of a Nintendo Switch and you like role-playing games, it is a fairly widespread truth that Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is a game that you have to try no matter what. Being one of the best titles on the platform, the Monolith Soft title shines in all its aspects and among them, its soundtrack. And precisely, it is in his music where the award-winning title shares a connection with Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon.
Nintendo Japan just uploaded a video with the behind the scenes of the main song of Bayonetta Origins, “Together in the Moonlight Forest”. And you will wonder, what is interesting about this? Well, in addition to how beautiful the song is, it is easy to realize that it has been interpreted by the young Lauren McGlynn. This artist, curiously, is part of the group ANYWAY, in charge of singing several songs from the Xenoblade Chronicles series, including some from its third installment. In fact, McGlynn was in charge of giving voice to many songs composed by Yasunori Mitsudaas well stated on the official page of the group:
Lauren McGlynn has been singing with ANÚNA since she first appeared on the album “Illuminations” in 2014. She is the youngest member of the group, at 16 years old. In addition to singing with ANÚNA, she plays the mandolin and fiddle, and has a keen interest in traditional Irish culture and language. In 2022 she participated as a soloist in the soundtrack of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 singing the music of the Japanese composer Yasunori Mitsuda.
So, we leave you with the main theme of Bayonetta Origins so you can hear his interpretation:
