Huilen Barbieri, a 21-year-old Selección fan, appeared on television and confessed that she had presented her company with a false medical certificate to go to the Monumental for the match against Panama

Roly, I swear I work twice as hard all year, but show me the world champions ”, said Huilen Barbieri, commenting on how she managed to attend the match and apologizing for the lie.
Once the staunch Argentine follower confessed to the crime she committed on public television, her company contacted her and fired her from her job, a decision publicly disclosed. “She won’t work with us, it hurts a lot, she is the sister of my private secretary, a young girl, who did a very important job and did it during the pandemic, she came in during my administration,” said Roly Santacrocce, mayor of Funes.
Huiles worked as a municipal employee in Funes, a small city in the province of Santa Fe, located within the metropolitan area of the Greater Rosario, about 15 km west of the center of Rosario.
Barbieri’s subsequent apologies on Instagram were useless.
