2 eggs
2 cloves of garlic

1 tomato

500 ml of water
2 tbsp cooking oil

Cooking method :
1. Cut the green onions and tomatoes according to taste.
2. Then chop the garlic.
3. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add a little salt.
4. Prepare a pan and heat the stove over medium heat, if the pan is hot, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
5. Sauté garlic until brown or fragrant.
6. Add the beaten eggs and cook in the scrambled way.
7. If the eggs are cooked, add 500 ml of water and chopped tomatoes.
8. When the water has boiled, season the soup with salt, ground pepper, and powdered stock according to taste.
9. If the seasoning has dissolved, add the green onions and cook until it boils.
10. Egg soup is ready to be served.
