According to the SAT, the taxpayer who fails to comply with his tax obligations related to the presentation of the Annual statementmay be entitled to a fine between 1,400 and 17,370 pesos for each undeclared obligation or for performing it untimely.
While the penalties for not submitting the returns online when forced to do so are from 14,230 to 28,490 pesos for submitting them after the deadline or not complying with the requirements of the tax authorities to submit them or comply with them outside the established deadlines.
