The Alfa Romeo Giulia is gradually entering the winter of its career. Although it received a headlight lift at the end of last year, one model has remained conspicuously absent since its introduction in 2015: a station wagon version.
Worthy rival
2NCS, which deals with 3D renders, already started dreaming what such an Alfa Romeo Giulia SportsWagon could look like. And if you’re going to render anyway, why not make it the Quadrifoglio version right away? Imagine a practical station wagon with a 510 hp 2.9-liter V6 developed by Ferrari. The BMW M3 Touring would have a great rival.
Too bad. Because Alfa Romeo has absolutely no plans to market another station wagon version. In fact, the Italian brand is working hard on a successor to the Giulia. It will appear on the market in 2025, will have an electric powertrain and will be good for 1,000 hp in its Quadrifoglio version (!). Some good news under the Italian sun.
