SuaraBandung.id – Before the first trial which was held at the South Jakarta District Court case on Wednesday (29/3/2023). AG’s attorney visited the Komnas Anak office to consult regarding the trial.
Through Arist Merdeka Sirait’s confession, AG was constantly crying and experiencing trauma.
“Finally he said AG was in a state of stress,” he said as quoted by Bandung.
The chairman of the National Commission for Child Protection also added that AG’s stress burden increased the first time the file was submitted to the Public Prosecutor.

Meanwhile, via his Twitter account, Jonathan Latumahina went berserk because he thought the perpetrators were simply flexing. David’s father did not accept it when I continued like that.
“And at the same time the perpetrators beg for capers in the media selling poverty, selling wrong education, selling childhood trauma and all other things,” he wrote.
He also added that the flexing carried out by the perpetrator with the added feeling of trauma and poverty was incomparable to the permanent impact that David suffered.
Please note that David is currently experiencing Diffuse Axonal Injury which has left him with permanent disability.
