Delay won’t save Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League
The news of the delay of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League possibly gave many fans hope. After all, it appears to be a direct response to the criticism the game received during State of Play in February. Sadly, it’s virtually impossible for this delay to help make this the game fans have come to expect.
What happens is that the delay of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is only months. This is insufficient development time to make the project change the game-as-a-service approach, which was the aspect most repudiated by fans. In this way, and just as several specialists mention, it is a delay that will only solve some programming errors, performance and bugs.
“For what it’s worth, a delay like this is primarily for polishing, not revising the core of the game that caused the criticism. Suicide Squad started as a game as a service and will continue to be so pending a complete (development) restart, which would require a much longer delay, ”Schreier explained on his Twitter account.

Simply put, the delay will surely help make Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League a higher quality project. However, that won’t be enough to make it the Batman: Arkham-esque single-player experience that many have come to expect from Rocksteady.
