Lance Reddick, an actor who became known for his participation in the series The Wire, was found dead in his home by the authorities, apparently of natural causes, at the age of 60. His death occurs days after the premiere of John Wick 4, a film in which he participated as a secondary character as well as in the rest of the franchise.
The actor remained active in recent weeks, in which he was present at several of the press conferences held for the early release of the fourth John Wick film on March 23, however, Reddick did not appear at the premiere of the film in New York, because on Wednesday the 15th he posted a video on Twitter in what is presumed to be his home in Los Angeles, a video that turned out to be his last record on social networks.

Reddick was a prolific actor who participated in numerous television series that catapulted him to stardom, mainly the series Oz and The Wire. In addition, he worked on different high-caliber films, such as the John Wick franchise and Godzilla vs Kong. He also participated in the criticized version of Netflix Resident Evil characterizing Wesker. Finally, his participation in video games as a voice actor and motion capture was reflected in Destiny, Quantum Break and mainly, Horizon, in which he participated as Sylens, a recurring character.
The sudden death of the author leaves a great shock to his fans and the entire entertainment industry. Social media users express sadness over the loss of Reddick, in addition to remembering his legacy and his impact on film, television, and video games.
