The boy allegedly lost control of his scooter on a poorly lit street

It was to lose his life a young boy of 17 years of San Giovanni La Punta. The tragic accident took place in via Lanza in Aci Sant’Antonio, Catania, around 19:00 on Tuesday 7 March.
The boy allegedly lost control of the scooter along a road with low light, the rescue intervention was, unfortunately, useless. At the moment investigations are underway on the dynamics of the accident as it is still unclear. The carabinieri of the Acireale company intervened on the spot.
The accident did not involve cars, plausible therefore the hypothesis that the boy has lost control just a due to bad road conditions.
