NEW YORK, 04 FEB – China is supplying Moscow with the technology the Russian army needs for the war in Ukraine despite international sanctions and export controls. The Wall Street Journal reports it on the basis of an analysis of customs data, which shows that Chinese state defense companies are shipping navigation equipment, technology and components for fighter jets to sanctioned Russian state companies.
