In recent times, most major national operators have started to add subscriptions to streaming services as part of their rate add-ons. In this way, the customer can unify payments and have a single amount on their telephone bill. However, as in the case of Vodafone’s new tariffs, it can even be a saving compared to the price of having an unlimited tariff and a separate subscription.
Vodafone presents now three new rates which for 39 euros per month will give you access to a subscription to choose between Disney Plus, HBO Max or Amazon Prime Video along with your unlimited data line.
Choose between HBO, Disney+ or Prime Video
From tomorrow March 1stVodafone’s rate portfolio welcomes three new mobile-only rates that will also include a subscription to the streaming platform that the customer chooses between HBO Max, Disney+ or Amazon Prime.
These three rates will be priced at 39 euros per month, which is a cheaper price than contracting the unlimited rate and the subscription separately. These fees include Unlimited data at full 5G speed (1 Gbps download and upload)unlimited national calls, roaming included in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States (up to 28 GB) and the chosen subscription.
The three tariffs, baptized as Vodafone Unlimited Max with HBO Max/Disney+/Amazon Prime They are available both for current clients of the company and for new clients who decide to make the leap to the red operator. They do not have permanence and after the rate or portability change, an SMS will be received to activate the chosen subscription on the website vodafone.es/entretenimiento. These will be keys to directly use the applications of the chosen service in the corresponding app of each of the platforms to enjoy the content.
Savings compared to contracting separately
If we take a look at Vodafone’s current rate portfolio, we can see that the current price of the Vodafone Unlimited Max rate is 35.60 euros per month. In this way, the subscription to any of the chosen services would only cost us the difference: 3.40 euros per month.
None of the chosen platforms are priced this low. The value will depend on the chosen service, but whatever your choice, you save yes or yes.
HBO Max: 8.99 euros per month, but the possibility of contracting a year for 69.99 euros, so the cheapest you could get would be 5.83 euros/month.
Amazon Prime: All of Amazon’s premium service, which includes Prime Video, is priced at 4.99 euros per month, but you can also pay 49.90 per year (4.16 euros per month).
Disney Plus: The Disney platform costs 8.99 euros per month, but you can save with the annual payment of 89.90 euros (7.50 euros per month).
