ROME, FEBRUARY 12 – The Russian armed forces launched three rocket attacks in the night on Kharkiv, as reported by the governor of the region Oleg Sinegubov on Telegram. The air alert was triggered just before midnight. According to Sinegubov three attacks with S-300 missiles were carried out. An infrastructure would have been damaged and at least one person was injured, a 35-year-old man hospitalized. (HANDLE).
