“At the time there were also talks with the then owner of ‘t Elshuys about another destination, namely to turn it into a care location,” the college writes. “The COA also indicated that it is in talks with other municipalities about the establishment of an azc.” The COA does not deny the latter either: because of the asylum crisis, the body appealed to all municipalities in Overijssel last summer to help.
