During this week’s State of Play, Capcom showed off an exciting new trailer for Street Fighter 6, the next installment in the popular fighting franchise. On this occasion, we learned the identity of 3 new characters that will be part of the initial roster: Zangief, Lily and Cammy.
The trailer begins with Zangief, the popular grappler who originally made his debut in the second installment. We see many of his signature moves, including his power grabs, are back.

On the other hand, the trailer shows Lily, the new Mexican character of the franchise, in action. According to her official description, she talks to the spirits of nature and trusts that they will guide her on her journeys; she is a she is a descendant of the Thunderfoot tribe. Plus, we got a little peek at the associated stage of it. There are many references to the culture of Mexico!
Finally, the latest trailer confirms that Cammy will be joining the Street Fighter 6 launch roster.
