The plan to arrest Sarahat started on December 2 last year when the court issued an arrest warrant against him. The order was issued after police tracked down a package containing drugs for the man.
But police were unable to find the man until an undercover police officer pretending to be interested in working as a drug “mule” for Sarahat in Bangkok managed to contact him.
When found by the police, not a single face of Sarahat remained.
Since then, he has confessed to importing drugs from European countries into Thailand by ordering them through the dark web and paying in Bitcoins before selling them to customers in and around Bangkok.
