WASHINGTON – The son of billionaire United States (US) Elon Musk was born as a boy with the name Xavier Alexander Musk. But last year, at the age of 18, she decided to become a trans woman by the name Vivian Jenna Wilson.
He has petitioned a California court to change his name and gender.
He decided to change his famous gender and last name so that he would no longer be associated with his father, the founder of Tesla and SpaceX.
“Gender identity and the fact that I no longer live with or want to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” Vivian said in the petition shared online.

Musk, the 50-year-old CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, is one of the richest people in the world with an estimated net worth last year of around $214 billion.

Vivian Wilson, formerly known as Xavier Musk, was born in 2004 to Elon Musk and Justine Wilson. He has a twin brother, Griffin Musk.
Vivian and Griffin had an older sister, Nevada Alexander Musk, who was born in 2002. Sadly, Nevada died of sudden infant death syndrome at 10 weeks old.
