Pritzker’s father and uncles, Robert, Jay and Donald, were the force behind the Marmon Group, a successful group of businesses, including the Hyatt Hotel chain.
At 71 years old, Pritzker is known for his philanthropic activities and investments. He founded Tawani Enterprises, a private equity and wealth management firm, and the Pritzker Military Museum & Library, a nonprofit in Chicago.
