France, Germany and Italy are the three markets selected for these two new versions of the Japanese Maxeduro

They made their debut a few days ago at the Lyon Motor Show and now the prices and data are arriving: the two new versions of the Yamaha Ténéré 700 are the Extreme Edition and the Explore Edition which complete the range to which the World Raid was added in 2022. Let’s take a close look at how the two newcomers to the Yamaha maxienduro family powered by the CP2 engine are made.

Tenere 700 Extreme Edition
The Tenere 700 Extreme Edition it is the more off-road oriented version of the two novelties: the chassis features fully adjustable KYB suspension, with 20 mm more travel, as well as Kashima coating on the fork legs.
The bike offers as standard titanium rider footpegs, aluminum radiator guard, chain guide, front fender in pure enduro style and flat profile rally saddle: here are the details of what changes compared to the standard version

Tenere 700 Explore Edition
The Tenere 700 Explore Edition between the two versions just introduced, it is the one that has a more dedicated approach to comfort and practicality: the saddle drops down to 860 mm thanks to the modified suspension reducing the wheel travel by 20 mm, all to facilitate ergonomics and offer more control at low speeds. The spring response of the front and rear suspension has been slightly increased to improve the fully loaded behavior.

Also change the windscreen, now higher and wider than the standard one, offering a greater surface area +50% to improve driving comfort and as standard we find the frames of the side bags (which remain optional). Here are the main features:

Colors, prices and availability
Ténéré 700 Extreme Edition and Ténéré 700 Explore Edition will be available in Icon Blue and Tech Kamo from April 2023while the prices will be 11.899 euro fc for the Extreme Edition e you 11.799 euro f.c. per la Explore Edition: the two new versions will be available exclusively in Germany, Italy and France.
